What's new

Every production release, newest first: what changed for you and where to find it.

You are on: v2026.11.01 (604c7a2) / Platform v1.0.0

  1. Version numbers: know which build you are on, MCP/API contract settles at v1.0

    Platform v1.0.0
    • Build: the Account page and this page show which day's build you are on. Quote it when you report a problem.
    • Platform v1.0.0: the MCP tools, REST API and hook script are now a contract. Anything that would break an existing setup is announced one release ahead, and the MCP server reports this version when a client connects.
  2. Audit log, webhooks that wake agents, automatic handoff, Team Memory v2

    • Audit log: everything agents did in a workspace (which person, which agent, what, on which note, when) on one page, with filters and CSV export. Open it from the sidebar > Audit log.
    • Webhooks: when the plan moves (a feature becomes ready, QA reopens a task, a PR wants review) PugBase sends a signed event to your URL, so a background agent wakes instead of polling. Set up in Workspace Settings > Webhooks. Setup guide
    • Automatic handoff: when a Claude Code session ends while it still holds a task, the agent's last message is written into the task note as a Session handoff, so the next person or agent starts from there (add the Stop hook to your existing hook set). Setup guide
    • Claude Code agent teams: everyone's agent teams work the same plan, and a task one team takes is never handed to another. Setup guide
    • Team Memory v2: lessons from tasks QA sent back become drafts for review, memories show how often they were used and verified, and matching memories are pushed into the task note so the agent sees them before it starts. Setup guide
    • The MCP server speaks the 2026-07-28 spec (server/discover); older clients see no change.
  3. Draggable pipeline cards, swimlanes that fit their content

    • Pipeline view: drag cards to arrange them, and the layout is remembered.
    • Diagrams: each swimlane is as wide as its own content and boxes are sized to their real text.
