Subscription Terms

1. Pricing & Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT. The cycle starts on the day of your first successful payment and renews automatically until canceled.

2. Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, using the payment method stored on file with Stripe. You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via the 'จัดการใน Stripe' button on the /billing page. When you cancel:

• • You retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
• • No further charges will be made
• • At period end, your plan automatically reverts to Free - AI quota will adjust to the Free tier
• • Your notes / sources / workspaces are NOT deleted - you keep full access on the Free plan

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable - we do not refund past billing cycles or partially-used periods. If you experience a technical outage on our side that prevents access for more than 7 consecutive days, you may contact us for a service credit on a case-by-case basis.

5. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)

Upgrades from Pro -> Team or switching between monthly ↔ yearly are handled via the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe automatically prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for users who violate our usage terms (e.g. abusing AI quota, commercial use that infringes third-party rights, attempting to bypass quota enforcement). When this happens, we'll notify you via email at least 7 days in advance, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Data After Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does NOT delete your account or data. To delete your account, use the /account page. Account deletion permanently removes all data within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms over time. If a change affects pricing or current user rights, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
