Terms of Service

PugBase (the 'Service') is a product of One DD Digital Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or accessing PugBase, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Subscription Terms. If you do not accept, please stop using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
3. Account & responsibility
You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials (password, OAuth provider) secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use • Providing accurate, up-to-date information
4. Content ownership
All content you create (notes, uploaded files, transcripts) is owned by you. You grant PugBase a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: • Store and process your content to operate the service for you • Forward content to necessary third parties (our cloud provider, Google Gemini, etc., per the Privacy Policy) We claim no ownership over your content and do NOT use it to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: • Violate Thai law or the laws of your jurisdiction • Store or distribute illegal content, infringe copyright, defame, or harass others • Bypass quota / rate limit systems • Reverse engineer, hack, or attack the service infrastructure • Create fake accounts / spam the invite system • Generate AI content that is illegal or harmful to others We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior in public content (shared notes and the Discover feed). Anyone can report content or block an abusive user using the control on that content. We review reports and remove violating content or suspend abusive users within 24 hours. 6. AI usage
PugBase's AI features use the Google Gemini API. When you use AI: • You are responsible for verifying AI output before using it (AI can be wrong or hallucinate) • Do not upload confidential / patented / unauthorized data • AI usage deducts from your plan quota - once exhausted, you must wait until the next billing cycle • Do not use AI to generate content that violates Google's AI policies
7. Service availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime or any specific SLA. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with no refund. For serious violations (e.g. illegal use), we may suspend the account immediately and provide data to authorities upon court order.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided 'as is' with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Data loss from force majeure, viruses, or third-party failures • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or lost profits • Actions of other users on the Service Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Thailand.
